1. How soon will I receive my order?
We ship out order 2 business days after receiving your order. Actual delivery time will depend on your choice of shipping methods selected at checkout.
If you order contains inscription service, extra time might incur.

2. Where are you located and I pickup at your shop?
We are located in Honululu, Oahu Island. We are currently operating online only. We believe in this way, any cost savings(such as rent, utilities) can be passed to our value customers, it's a win-win situation.
We offer FREE exchange, return and resize service, so feel assured to order from our secure online store.
If you are traveling to the Islands, we can ship your order to your lodgings, hotels, or air BnB, if you request so.
3. Are rings physically resizable? What if I need a size adjustment.
It'll depend on the ring type. For Tungsten, Ceramic, Stainless and Titanium ring, or your ring has inlays, stone, gems added, they can't be resized. For those rings, we offer FREE size exchange.
For solid gold, silver and platinum rings, they can be physically resized up or down 1/2 size. This resize service is also FREE and included in your purchase.
4. Are Hawaiian Handmade gold rings only available in 14k?
We can make them in 18k, 20k and platinum. If you see any design you like and would like to have it made in 18k, 20k or platinum, please contact us and we can give you a price quote.
5. Do I need any cleaning or maintenance for my rings.
For Tungsten, Ceramic, Stainless and Titanium ring, you only need to wipe them clean time to time, because these ring won't tarnish over time, and keep their shine. They are highly recommended if you want any maintenance free rings.
For silver and gold ring, they will tarnish over time, when it reacts with chemical in the air or your body. This is a natural occurrence and can't be avoided. They can be simply cleaned with a home remedy, please follow recommended steps such as this one here.
Or you can purchase jewelry cleaning solutions from online retailers.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, please note buyers are responsible for any import tax/duty incurred according to the receiving country's rules and laws.
7. How do I know my order has shipped?
Our shipping system automatically send out shipping and tracking notification to your email when the order is shipped. Please also check your junk mail folder, sometimes emails can be filtered there.
