If engraved and we get the wrong size can the ring still be exchanged?

Koa opal inlay ring AMAZING!!!

I ordered this ring for my fiance, I can honestly say the pictures of this ring does not do it justice at all. I personally choose this ring for the symbolism of each of the different elements. The craftsmanship is amazing, the inscription beautifully done! The communication was immediate and on going, We even received it earlier then expected.
